David Vine Associates, LLC  serves a wide variety of private sector and governmental clients. We plan and conduct open-enrollment and in-house training for investigators and other professionals who need to better utilize Internet. Workshop participants represent a broad spectrum organizations.

These programs are conducted throughout the U.S. and have been held in 41 states. More than 5,500 investigators and other professionals have participated in our programs since 1996. We maintain an online resource for workshop attendees providing two-way communication among persons who have attended the programs. They can ask questions or make requests via the system and get answers, sometimes within minutes.

The site also provides approximately 5,000+ updated links to free sources of information of value to investigators. This includes links to sites for free local, county and state public records and other free information sources in all 50 states and D.C. The remainder are national in scope or provide back-up for subject matter covered in the workshops. All these links as well as downloadable files and software are categorized in folders and subfolders for ease-of-use.

A separate subscription service maintained on this web site provides quick access to fresh information. There are 3,000+ links in the Subscriber Resources service used for a variety of professional purposes.

We also publish unique specialized informational CD-ROMs related to our training as well as other allied subjects.
